National Prosecco Day & SUP Yoga🏄🍾🥂🔥🧡

Another great day on the water. The water was crystal clear & we had several dolphins hang around us feeding in the Gulf throughout the class.

After class snacks, a couple bottles of Prosecco, good conversations & laughter.

Another awesome class🏄. The Gulf did not want to cooperate but I had a back up plan & we still got some beach time, good conversation, snacks & a couple or a few (not sure) bottles of wine 🍷.

Sunday Funday🏄 Clam
Pass adventure began with cloudy skies & only a slight idea of where we were going. We paddled out & found our way to the Gulf which was wicked choppy so we beached our boards & chatted while snacking & passing around a bottle of wine around taking swigs out of it. No glasses needed🤣. As we were hanging out we all heard a piercing whistle & I looked into the sky expecting a seagull or other type of bird screeching overhead & in the same moment thinking we may be getting bombed. The next second I realized what was happening & said “oh no” loudly realizing that sound was air rushing out of an inflatable SUP & then the loud POP! Speedy’s board was the casualty & speedy didn’t get upset. She laughed it off & said it’s all part of the adventure🤣. Although Jennifer’s board could easily hold 2 people Speedy wanted to swim back to our launch spot which was about a mile away. It was low tide so swimming became more of a power walk in waist deep water. The sun decided to come out on our way back. It’s never a bad day when you’re adventuring.

Meet me at Lowdermilk beach on 06/25 @ 8am for class🏄.

I want to help those of you that need help with paddling as well as give extra time for yoga & more individual attention for all.
This class will be FREE!

For those that don’t have boards, I’m still working on finding a rental board that will work a better price so I can charge less per class. Mark your calendars for 07/09 to resume regular class schedule & will have classes 2 Sundays a month.

Doing what I love🏄🧡🙏

My SUP Yoga journey began 11 years ago! I was vacationing in Naples about 4x a year & sought out classes. As a former junior Olympic swimmer & lifeguard I LOVE being in, on & around water!
I loved SUP Yoga so much that when a local studio was holding a certification I jumped on it. I flew down & spent the weekend on the water learning everything I could!

On my flight back to NJ I started manifesting & came up with a game plan. The Jersey shore was out of the question as on a good day it’s an hour drive each way & the ocean is super choppy.
I decided to head North to Greenwood Lake. I had my certification & COI in hand & stopped at some businesses around the lake & told them who I was & what I wanted to do. I was lucky enough to find a new kayak, boat & paddleboard business that wanted to work with me!

For 2 years I taught SUP Yoga on Greenwood Lake. Saturdays & Sundays 3 classes back to back & I also had a Wednesday morning class. It was a spectacular time!

Then I moved to Naples & I taught sporadically then Covid🤬.

The good news is I’M BACK & so is SUP Yoga.
