Today I took an exciting step and opened a booth in Florence, AL!! I’ve launched some new products that I’ve been posting in the stories that will be on the Etsy page including scrunchies, washcloths, canvas bags, and car dangles. One of my favorite things about Studio 23 is they sell Thieves products (which y’all know .niicolee and I are obsessed with) as well as the amount of makers they have at the studio!

Z e r o W a s t e. It sounds daunting honestly, but transitioning doesn’t have to be! For me moving towards zero waste I felt like it meant a financial investment that entailed swapping everything over all at once and that’s how most people feel! You can start with small steps and start living a low impact life style and just make swaps when it’s time to replace wasteful items in your home! An easy way to start is by using flour sack tea towels because they are great for doing dishes, cleaning your house, using them as napkins, and they even make a great gift wrap alternative along with many other uses!

Afternoon y’all! We decided it was time for y’all to meet the boss babes behind p+q! On the left is Bri and to the right is Dev! We first met by pure happenstance and have been besties ever since! As we were getting to know each other we quickly learned that there was a need for sustainable home goods, education, and a brand that promotes easy ways to show transitions to low impact consumption of everyday products. From the beginning we’ve set out to offer you quality products that are hand dyed with all natural & non toxic dyes. While p+q has evolved from the original idea as a sustainable intimates line (hopefully in the future we can offer these products) our mission has remained the same! We are working towards offering you more home goods along with introducing some new apparel & accessories for your every day life. We’ll be posting about who we are as individuals, and incorporating our lives into our posts to help show how to implement sustainable practices into your life. All of us are just trying to do our part to protect the environment but that doesn’t mean we have to give up beautiful pieces that make our houses feel like a home!
