I have had several orders this week. They have all been packed however I am snowed in here in Tennessee with a second round of ice and snow traveling through over the next couple days. So all orders are ready to go out but I don't know when that will happen at this point.

However, it is giving me time to think about new projects and and hope they work out the way I want them to. I am also looking for a second job so until then I will working on my social media and posting additional items to Facebook Marketplace. So I am considering a new venture but I need honest opinions first. I am considering selling baked goods (i.e. - cookies and brownies, maybe chocolates) and/or cookie and brownie mix jars (where you only have to add wet ingredients). Is this something you would consider ordering? I'd love to try recipes included in books and tv show cookbooks as well as some of my own.

Y'all I'm seriously considering starting to make little candies, cookies and breads to sell on Facebook. Would y'all buy that kind of thing?

I've got a few ideas for Valentine's Day but I'm hesitant because I'm not sure I trust shipping perishables right now with the postal services being iffy right now. Any suggestions or tips on shipping perishables?

I took some time tonight and started posting some of my jewelry pieces to Facebook Marketplace tonight. I still have a blanket to finish and a few fun projects to work on. Maybe tomorrow after work I will sit down and start working on some of the things that need finished.

I've got a lot of plans and hope this year will bring me lots of great ideas and the time to work on them!!

It’s 1 am but tonight I took the time to get back into doing the whole creative thing. Two months ago I had someone win a custom ornament in a giveaway I did. Tonight I finally had the time to sit down and sift through charms and beads to create it. Okay I decided to post now lol. So I am part way through making a second blanket out of this fleece.

The one I’m working on is slightly smaller more of a lap/child size (at a little over 1.5 yards) . I chose multi colored flowers on a black and white background for one side. The other side is a green close to the leafs on the other side and white flowers. I am using a different tie method so it doesn’t bunch as much.

It will ship in a USPS flat rate box for around $20. Payment via Venmo or CashApp.

Okay y'all I stayed up until 2 am and one of the two blankets almost completely finished. I have one side to go and then I can get photos. But I can't work more on them right now because my roommate isn't home and her dog keeps trying to lay on them while I'm working. Needless to say I will be taking photos and posting this one asap. The other one will be later tonight!

Right now I am working on doing some much needed cleaning and then I'll be decorating for Christmas. Then I'll be creating Christmas earrings and jewelry which will be posted on here!

Y'all today is my first day off (where I had time to do stuff that is) in a while so I have been working on several different projects. I posted a few of the new ornaments I made. I have a few Christmas jewelry items I will be posting probably tomorrow and I will have not one but TWO double sided fleece blankets (same pattern). I woke up not feeling well at all. It's cold and flu season on top of never ending COVID (just a cold for me but still). But I did a bunch of marketing posts on pages and added a few items to my Etsy shop.

Right now I'm going to take some DayQuil so I can stop sneezing and continue my Halloween movie marathon.

On a roll today I guess lol. It is almost 4 pm here so maybe not.

I’m considering adding custom quote canvas art. Now obviously it would look better than this. I wasn’t planning on working on this tonight so I had to use a really rough canvas and dying sharpies.

This was actually a test canvas for my friends Christmas presents. I’m gonna do some sort of border too but no paint.

I really suck at updating all social media. So recently I've figured what all the forgotten charms were for the pieces I forgot. I've been trying to post new items once a week and typically it's all items of the same type (i.e. bookmarks, key chains, etc). I've also been trying to come up with some other different items I can start making.

This week the goals:

1.) update the last of the jewelry that needs it
2.) photograph anything that needs it
3.) start working on possible new items
4.) post new items to the store
5.) learn how to make good stickers to add to packages

With the holiday's looming and me being a retail store manager my schedule is about to be insane so I'm trying to get as much done as I can before the true insanity starts!!!

Well I did get my weekly items listed on Etsy. Now I am trying to teach myself how to create stickers to add to my packages via Cricut Design Space. It's been a day let me tell you and I really didn't want to work on my shop but I did. It's basically the only thing on my list I did do lol. So that's something right?

Y’all tomorrow was meant to be my day to add items to my store. But alas I blew a tire on my way home tonight so I have to hope it can be plugged and find a place open to fix it.

I’m still hoping to get some shop work done but we’ll have to see how long the tire debacle takes lol.

Y'all I got my first order since reopening my store yesterday. I just packed it up and got my shipping label all sorted. It was however an international order and I hadn't updated international shipping so I didn't get quite enough to cover shipping but that's okay it was only $3 off. It's now updated though!

Y'all I've been working on about 2 hours of sleep but none the less have been working diligently to post items to my Etsy store most of the day. I am finishing up with one last Etsy item and then I'm going to bed because I'm exhausted.

I have a long list of things to do tomorrow but plan on getting my Discounted Album updated with more items. I hope to get more items photographed and possibly making a few more items as well. I'm running low on some supplies so we'll see what happens.

Today I am working on the store again. I have been re-reading several of the books I made jewelry for that never actually got posted. I had made them but couldn't remember what the charms represented so I'm re-reading them in order to get everything posted!

That means lots of new items are coming today and tomorrow! With the Labor Day weekend I haven't had much time to get stuff done with the store but should have more time to work on my shop until November when things get crazy again!

So I hung this up right across from my table/desk. I look at it every time I need motivation to work a late night to get stuff done for my Etsy shop after 7 hours stocking shelves at my day job.
