If understanding how to move properly during exercise (slow & controlled) Then the muscle group does not need warming up at all as it gets warmed up plenty in the beginning of the exercise.

And the risk of injury goes down to zero because there is so much blood flow protecting the muscles while performing the exercise to momentary muscular failure.

If you’re strength training in any way that causes a high volume of impact, you can bet a lot of those joints will likely be in chronic pain later in life.

Slow it down, be mindful of HOW you’re moving during each exercise, and save those joints.
