If understanding how to move properly during exercise (slow & controlled) Then the muscle group does not need warming up at all as it gets warmed up plenty in the beginning of the exercise.
And the risk of injury goes down to zero because there is so much blood flow protecting the muscles while performing the exercise to momentary muscular failure.
