Cox Interior Chopsaw & Salvage
The dedicated team in the Chopsaw and Salvage Department are committed to “zero wood waste”. They cut the imperfections from our lumber and send it on to the fingerjoint and glue departments. “Teamwork makes the dream work.”

Our Cox Interior Sawmill is our starting point. We take your interior millwork, mouldings and doors from the logyard to your home. Next stop is the kiln, the rough mill, the rip line, the chopsaw, the fingerjoint Department, glue department, Moulders and then to our specialized custom door department, special mill and arch department, woodmont custom stairparts, prehung door department and finally to our shipping department. In each department you will find a dedicated team with years of experience in manufacturing the highest quality Interior wood products for your home and business.
The Prehung Door Department is the department that makes Cox Interior special. Our skilled craftsmen and machine operators hang approximately 275 doors daily. We stock 10 different styles of Masonite doors. We manufacture custom MDF doors, custom built interior doors and exterior doors. We offer the widest selection of sizes, styles, jambs and species of wood. We also offer custom casings for your doors. The possibilities are endless.
