Turning a 7-year-old's birthday gift into a family business A birthday gift given to a seven-year-old boy has become a family business. It is called The Pucker Hut. It serves lemonade to Nashvillians and tourists alike.

It’s been a busy week as we start to prepare for the 2023 lemonade season.

Thanks to our amazing contributors for pointing us to a Zummo Z-40 commercial citrus juicer. This juicer was used at a local Chick-fil-A and was being sold for a fraction of the original price ($8,000). We were able to test it (it works perfectly) and purchase it this week for $1500. This will significantly reduce the time to juice the thousands of lemons required each year. Last year it took 45 minutes to an hour to juice a gallon of lemon juice and we had a few busy days where we went through 3 gallons in a single day (3 hours of prep). This new juicer will juice a gallon in about a minute and a half… Levi, my middle son and our Operations Manager is very excited about 2023!!
