Using our new Sparta Science force plates, we calculated the athlete's individual jump scans. These scans measure a person's movement capabilities: Load, Explode, and Drive.

Ascension Saint Thomas is the local sponsor for the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women, and this year we were excited to join them as a sponsor of the Go Red for Women luncheon. Dr. Shubhada Jagasia, the President and CEO of Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital and Chair of the 2022-23 Middle Tennessee Go Red for Women campaign, shared in Nashville Lifestyles Magazine that "Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for men and women in the U.S., but studies suggest that there is a lack of awareness about the prevalence of heart disease in women." We encourage women to join in the pursuit of more heart-healthy lifestyles and support the efforts of the American Heart Association. To raise awareness, Heart.org/tennessee.
