What is it?

Welcome home offers grants to fund down payment, and closing cost for the acquisition of owner occupied housing to qualified buyers.

When does it start?

Welcome home program funds will be available for reservations on a first come first serve basis now.

What are the program requirements?
Total income for all buyers must be at or below 80% of the mortgage revenue limit for the county and state where the properties are located.

Homebuyers must contribute $500 of their own funds toward down payment, and or closing cost .

Applicants do not need to be a first time homebuyer
