Question you're asking: WHY the heck would I do this?

Answer: Since we moved to florida we decided we aren't going anywhere. Alicia is still pusuing her coaching and podcasting passion and I love being a passive investor and land developer but it's time (for me) to get out of in front of the computer and start meeting people and replicated what I did the last 10 years in Nashville. I'm still developing land around Nashville and now starting to do the same in central Florida leveraging the skills and relationship's I've made over the years. Also added a single family land company Stacked Land Holdings for the smaller land deals and syndications. Now I get to pursue my land and investment passion and sell amazing luxury beach homes while doing it!

ALSO... Tanner and Terry and had the SAME amazing coach for the past 6 years with our friend Jason Pantana (SURPRISE JASON 😉 from the Tom Ferry ecosystem I've been apart of on and off for almost 10 years. They are also leveraging the Tom Ferry EXP network for additional training. We are well on the same page with procedures,quality, and like mindedness. This is not a lateral move this is jumping in on the deep end with all the skills needed to swim as well as doing some new things and meeting new people!!
