I've been so busy I missed the date!!!!

October 19, 2019 ... I decided to embark on the basement business. I was home from work and bored, looking for the next step. What started with some beach findings and a folding table has grown to half the basement over the last 3 years.

Happy 3 year anniversary to the basement business!!!

It has been so fun creating and meeting new people in the various markets that I've been apart of over the last few years. The journey is far from over and feels like it's only just the beginning! 🌊💙🌊

Thinking back to about 3 years ago. Homeownership was just a dream 💤 💭, we constantly moved looking for better. My kids as a result were switching schools constantly, they didn't have one solid place to call home, and that killed me. We had been through so much, life loves to throw lemons, and I was great at making lemonade, but I knew there was more out there in the world for us. I wanted so badly to own my own home, but my credit was crap, I was broke and while I did have a good job, I was still climbing my way up the corporate ladder and didn't yet have much to show for it. It was then I put my mind to it and decided to make it an actual written goal. I myself didn't believe I could do it, but I started telling myself I could anyway. I started at a first time home buyers seminar. I learned about different types of loans, how to fix my credit, what criteria I had to meet and so on. It took me a little over a year to fix my credit, yet saving was still not where it needed to be. I kept going anyway. Once I was confident in my credit score, I applied for a home loan. I was laughed at. 😞 But that wasn't going to stop me, I had already come too far to quit. 💪 Around that time I met Frank with Gropman Realty Corp Lic #10282. He believed in me and kept me motivated. Fast forward to today. I have had my own home for over a year. My youngest will never know any other school than the one she started at. And I'm now licensed myself. Now I want to help others the way I was helped. All it takes is the drive and patience. Believe in yourself and I will believe in you as well. We can do it. 💯😁
