Garlic is something I ask most of my clients to consume every day. Allicin is a compound released by garlic.
1. Allicin is antimicrobial which kills off harmful bacterial overgrowth restoring balance.
2. Garlic is also an amazing prebiotic, feeding beneficial gut bacteria we need for proper gut function.

The best ways to rebalance your gut is through proper diet (eliminate sugar, dairy, gluten), daily aerobic exercise, and proper gut supplementation.
The best way to specifically target the imbalance you have in your gut, is to know which bacterial strains are out of balance. It's also important to identify potential infections such as H. Pylori, parasites and yeast. Proper identification is best done through GI-MAP testing. Otherwise, it's a shot in the dark!

Breast tissue extends up into our armpits through the Tail of Spence. Our armpits also house the lymph nodes that cleans and protect our breast tissue. What you put on the skin of your armpits directly impacts your breast health.
This is why there is a link between the use of aluminum based antiperspirant and breast cancer.
I suggest to all my clients (male or female) to switch to natural deodorant and ditch the aluminum, phthalates and parabens.
I hear "I have tried that before and I started to smell". This means you need to detox! When your systems are backed up with toxins, we start to smell!! So, clogging up your detoxing pathways (pores) with more toxins (aluminum) is NOT the answer.
Tips:
1. Do an armpit detox. The armpits need to be able to detox (open up the clogged pores) to eliminate toxins from the breast tissue. This can be done with detox masks. I use doTERRA detox mask, but you can also DIY with:
1 TBSP bentonite clay
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1-2 tsp water
2-3 drops detoxing essential oils like juniper berry, bergamot, grapefruit or a detox blend like doTERRA Zendocrine
Apply to your armpits for 5-20 minutes daily for 1 week. Then use a Maintenace routine of 1-2 times a week if needed. (I just slather this on 5 minutes before I shower)
2. Switch to a natural deodorant. I use doTERRA's sensitive skin deodorant and love it.
3. Address potential hormone imbalance. This is another reason you may have body odor.
4. Consider a full body detox through a Whole30 diet or a systemic detox with products. I can help with this!
5. Make sure you are sweating routinely to clean out the pores and push out toxins via sweat.
6. Rebalance your skins microbiome by eliminating chemical-based soaps that strip the good bacteria from your skin. Use natural, nontoxic soaps.
7. Stay hydrated and start your day with a large glass of water and 2 drops of doTERRA lemon oil for cleansing support.

Why does a functional immune system matter?
Why does giving our children round after round of antibiotics matter?
The destruction antibiotics cause to the “good” bacteria in our gut has long term impacts and actually weakens the immune system further. This predisposes our kids to needing more antibiotics in the future to “fight” illness vs allowing a healthy immune system to fight for itself. It’s called the “sick cycle”.

God is in the struggle, chaos and mess creating order and beauty, and weaving together His grand master plan that is bigger than what we can comprehend for those who love and trust Him (Romans 8:28). His plan is to develop your character and bless His kingdom. In the end, learning to totally depend on the Lord is a gift. It's more important than how your business fairs. As a believer, your suffering is never in vain with God. Paul confirms this in his second letter to the Corinthians.

You may be the light someone needs right where you are planted. Don't give up when it's hard. Be so attuned to His voice that you know when it's time to move into His will and His next place for you. Go from glory to glory.

FAITHFOIL FRENZY! What better way to describe myself and all the passions I’m currently pursuing! Not only do I love to play in the dirt & fill containers & yards with color, I also love to make pretty things! What started off as a few special handmade crosses I made to give as Christmas gifts, turned into lots of requests from others wanting them as well! Handmade, each cross designed for Faithfoil Frenzy is made with love! Crosses are made from drift wood, tree branches, or smaller ones from craft sticks. They are decorated with homemade sea glass, made from all sorts of colored recycled glass, mixed in a tumbler and polished for shine. They are then wrapped with wire and beads of all materials, leaving a loop at the top for hanging. Last, but not least, they are dipped in a clear epoxy for better hold and a pretty shine. These crosses can be hung on walls, from rear view mirrors, as ornaments, or used as key chains. Custom orders are welcome! Everyone could use an extra reminder in their life of the beautiful gift of grace God gave us!
doTERRA WELLNESS ADVOCATE! This would be where the “oil” in Faithoil comes in! My story for that is this.....I started dabbling in essential oils over a year ago and have learned so much! I was a total non-believer until I tried them for myself. I watched my coworkers use them whenever they weren’t feeling well or were sick, and I was amazed at how quickly they felt better! They shared them with me one weekend while we were away for a convention and I came down with a sinus infection. I was better in only a few days!
