The building was impacted by a fire start which began outside, burning up the rear exterior side, working its way inside where it also affected two apartments and the common areas.

Our clients & the residents are now thrilled to have the nicest house on the block (and some peace & quiet) after a significant but expedient reconstruction project.

Here’s another ReBuilderZ project that we can’t help but be proud of. This was a severe fire which was totally gutted down to framing and completely rebuilt, including the exterior.

This custom classic has been a bed & breakfast, doctors office and has quite the history and charm. We restored it to its original beauty, with solid red oak, trim and red oak doors, custom and laid floors, copper ceilings, and added some very unique bed & breakfast/hosting features. Be sure to check out the kitchen w/ its TWO farmhouse sinks w/ garden windows! We could go on & on, but go ahead & check this beauty out for yourself.

This was an amazing project. Total renovation, interior & exterior. Almost completed.

Here’s a glimpse into an impressive local fire damage reconstruction project. This is an amazing property with a unique history & incredible owners which suffered serious fire damage from a kitchen fire. The fire, heat, & smoke ravaged & devastated the home, destroying everything inside.

The structure was gutted down to the framing and required a complete interior & exterior remodel; virtually every component & trade. This property required major reconstruction services.

The silver lining after just 10 months is a completely custom work of art, bound to make your jaw drop.

We were able to maintain classic charm of the home while building in many highly desirable improvements, features, & finishes. The total project took about 10 months. Amazing.
