"Struggling with 'out of sight, out of mind' while craving a clutter-free space? π€ Here's how you can have the best of both worlds! π
1. Embrace Clear Containers: For individual ingredients or loose snacks, opt for clear containers. They keep things visually appealing while ensuring you see what's inside. No more forgotten items! πͺπ
2. Group & Label: Store similar items in large containers for easy access. But here's the key β LABEL them! Concealing visual clutter is great, but labels serve as friendly reminders of what's hidden inside. ποΈβ
Balance practicality and aesthetics effortlessly! Your space can be both functional and beautiful. π‘β¨ "

"Revamp Your Closet, Instantly! π§₯β¨
Want to transform your closet chaos into a peaceful haven in no time? Here are two quick fixes that work like magic:
1. **Hanger Harmony:** Take a closer look at your hangers. Even if you're not splurging on new ones, you can declutter by grouping similar hangers together. Mixing different colors, shapes, and materials only adds to the chaos and cramps your space. πͺ‘π
2. **Like with Like:** It may sound simple, but it's often overlooked β hang like items together. No more digging through a jumbled mess of pants, shirts, and dresses. Create dedicated sections for each type of clothing, and watch the transformation happen in minutes! πππ

"β° Mastering Time Management with ADHD β°
Timers and alarms aren't just for wake-up calls! π
If you have ADHD, harnessing the power of timers and alarms can be a game-changer. π§ β¨ Set reminders for tasks, appointments, and deadlines to stay on top of your game and conquer forgetfulness. π
It's not about rushing; it's about staying focused and in control. π― Embrace the ticking clock and level up your time management skills! π°οΈπ "
"Unlock Your Pantry's Potential! π½οΈ
Ever felt like your pantry is in chaos, even though you don't have an overload of stuff? It's time to organize like a pro! π
This spacious pantry wasn't bursting at the seams, but it still caused confusion because there was no structure. Items were randomly placed, making it a treasure hunt every time we needed something.
The secret to pantry peace? Create sections based on when you use items. I love starting with core categories like breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and baking β they cover most essentials. π₯π₯ͺππΏπ°
From there, get creative and tailor it to your needs. With this system, you'll easily find what you need for every meal. No more hunting for that elusive ingredient! π

An organized bathroom isn't just a pretty sight, it's a time-saver's paradise! β°β¨ Say goodbye to searching for toiletries and hello to more 'me' time. πΏπββοΈ
π Organizing Tip of the Week: Cans Edition π₯«
Do you see that stack of cans in this before picture? This is usually what can storage looks like when I come into a client's home.
Do you also notice that I have the cans organized two different ways in the after photo? There is actually a reason for this. On the left you will see that some cans are on a riser and on the right some cans are stacked in rows.
If you have a bunch of cans that are mismatched, then these cans are best stored on a riser so that you can see the variety that you have. If you have a bunch of cans that are the same, then you can store them in rows because you don't need to see the label of each one.
Tell me, do your cans look more like the before picture or the after?
"An unorganized home can lead to more than just clutter; it can strain your finances too. From late bill payments to buying things you can't find, the cost of chaos adds up. Time for a clean slate! π‘π°

π Organizing Tip of the Week: Problem Solving Edition π€
Do you see how this pantry still feels very cluttered despite the fact that it has been organized?
The reason that this pantry doesn't seem much better is because there is still too much stuff for the space.
When you first decided to organize a space that has been this way for a long time and are not willing to let go of things, you are going to run into this problem and there are two ways you can fix it.
You can find another space to store some of the bulk that you have accumulated and restock from there as you go, or you can keep it all in the pantry and try to use what you have before buying more.
Have you ever organized a space only to feel like it didn't make as big of a difference as you had hoped?
π Cheers to celebrating the small victories on our journey to organization! π Whether it's tidying up a drawer or tackling clutter, every step counts. πͺ Embrace the progress, no matter how small. π
π Tip of the week: Food Storage Edition π₯«π
Are your pantry items a mixed bag? π§Ί Wondering how to bring order to the chaos? π€
The key is finding a system that clicks in your brain. π€― You could categorize by container type or mealtimeβwhatever works for YOU! π½οΈ The important part is a system everyone can follow. πͺ
π‘ Organizing our home brings countless benefits, but nothing tops how it positively impacts our kids! π§π«
π Tip of the week: Closet editionππ
When you have a lot of clothes it can be overwhelming when you start to organize it. The one thing that makes the biggest impact in the shortest amount of time is to sort your items into a few categories.
At a glance you can see that this part of the closet is sorted by pants, sleeveless blouses, bags and outerwear. Of course there are more categories not shown too.
Breaking your closet down from just clothes to specific types makes it easier to find what you are looking for and makes getting ready a lot less overwhelming.
How do you feel about how your closet is functioning currently?

Last week we saw a big pantry, this week let's talk about what to do with those small pantries.
If you have a small space to store your pantry items, then it is a good idea to store things in containers like the pantry pictured here. This way, you can pull out the container and get to the items that are stored in the back.
Otherwise, you will wind up forgetting the things in the back or you will make a big mess of the space in no time.
Happy Organizing!

Today is FRIDAY!
Here is some pantry motivation to get your inspired for the weekend.
As you can see in this side by side this client had a ton of space to stock up on groceries. When you have this much space and this much supply it is best to set up your pantry like a grocery store. This makes it easy to see what you have and what you need to restock.
Happy Organizing!

Tip of the Week: Putting everything in buckets based on categories is a great start when setting up systems for your pantry, but not all items work well inside of baskets. Canned goods and bottled items are not well seen when tossed in a container.
Instead, use can risers and lazy Susan's to make these items easy to access and easy to put away.

Tip of the Week:
Having your spices and frequently used ingredients close to the stove is always a good idea if you have the space for it, but often times this cabinet winds up as a jumbled mess because you are so focused on not ruining dinner that you don't have time to worry about keeping the cabinet organized.
The key to avoiding this from happening is having this space set up in a way that allows you to see to all of the ingredients you have and an easy to get to home for each when you are done with them.
Take some time this week to tidy up your spice cabinet so that the next time you are cooking you aren't stressed about finding everything that you need!
