My two week break away from the market/pop up scene was intentional in practicing what I preach here at Healthology. Not only did I celebrate my Birthday on the 24th, but I spent time connecting with myself, grounding, and being intentional stepping into another chapter of life. A lot of people are standing on business, but are you also standing on peace, gratitude, and faith simultaneously? I do.. and I encourage those around me to do the same. 🤎 Nurture your soul, fill your cup, and be a walking representation of what you believe in!
