Busting Loose
For years we have been designing and building everything from buttons and bumper stickers, to props and Mardi Gras floats. Welcome to Busting Loose.
People say that we are good at it - so why not combine it all and do it professionally.
If you HAVE to wear clothes, then Trey Bizarre.
Am going to put all of the notecard options on here. Each is a 4x6 photo print mounted on a 5x7 note card, in your choice of either white or brown craft cardstock. Cost for a single card is $5 and for a pack of five the cost is $21. Shipping is $5 for a single card and only $7 for any quantity from 2 to 50 - so obviously the best deal on postage is to buy lots.
To order, Paypal payment to [email protected] and in the notations list how many of each card number you are buying. You are also welcome to message me here with any details.
Make sure to include your mailing address.
Since each of these cards is displaying an actual photograph, you have the option to remove the photo and matte and frame it for display.
It used to be that it was almost impossible to get a good looking white screening on dark fabric using water based inks. Well, i like water based inks because they are more environmentally friendly and more pleasant to work with. The good news is that the white inks have been vastly improved over the years - meaning that it's not a problem.
People are really liking these Kraft Notebooks with hand screened cover designs. You can buy them direct from me for $5 each or through my Etsy store for $6.50. Local pick up is free of course, but shipping can be arranged with shipping costs and tax added.
Latest T shirt designs. Shirts are available in a variety of colors. Most T shirts are $17.50 each in either Womens or Mens style. Mardi Gras shirt is $20. Larger sizes are a couple of bucks more. Shipping is $6 for one shirt and $1 each for addition shirts.
Payment by Paypal for now, or cash if local.
We are in the process of reviving out web site for www.busting-loose.net . It is going to give us a place where we can show off some of my photography, our design work, and some of the things that we are creating.
Right now it is only opimized for computer viewing but we will be working to make it presentable for mobile applications in the next week or so.
Busting Loose – Bringing joy to people in a really crazy world Curt McClain was drawn to photography while still in high school and has been chasing the light through the shadows ever since. He has a sense of vision that allows him to capture the beauty and grace of things that are all around us. It is his pleasure to be able to share his images with you.
Need to brighten up your living space - we can help.
Need a little bit of holiday bling? Have somebody who needs a little cheering up? These 3" buttons might just do the trick. $4 for one or 3 for $10, postage included.
Just message me at www.facebook.com/curtmc/ and let us know which numbers you want. Pay by Paypal and your buttons will be in the mail the next day.
So do you need a float? One with wheels, or one on your porch? We'd be happy to help you.
Working on some new coaster designs.
Happy to say that we have added an Ikonart stencil system to our tools. It's going to make it easier to create smaller screens for a number of craft projects.
Starting to work several of my smaller designs up to shirt size.
Nice to see such positive response to my work.
Woke up this morning to these really beautiful shots by Professional Shooter Curt McClain. Check out his photography page Busting Loose and give him a like! I love the way he captured the sunlight and shade in each photo. Photography takes a special talent and eye and he certainly has what it takes. I had every intention of making some simple elegant horns for this run since it was not necessarily "cosplay", but Flynn said HELL NO, we are doing something awesome! We immediately fell in love with the Voodoo Priestess since we could play off the Bull skull and incorporate Voodoo which has deep roots in the New Orleans lifestyle and culture. We started this project Wednesday after work and finished up Friday night. I was immediately pulled aside when I showed up Saturday morning and asked to be 1 of the 10 chosen out of hundreds of girls to be part of the "Ho****st Bull" Contest! Such an honor! I didn't win, but I was so excited to be approached right away at my very first time attending this event! The winner TOTALLY DESERVED HER WIN! With her permission, later I'll post some pics of her costume and horns! Let's just say that next year, Flynn and I have our work cut out for us. Pyrotechnics, smoke, lights...something crazy is going to have to happen so we can take home that trophy in 2016! If you want a custom pair of horns for yourself from small to large scale, contact us for details!
