We are thrilled to announce two significant appointments within our organization, reinforcing our path to success.

Brian Rosenthal, also known as "Rosie," has been appointed as our Lead Scout. Rosie, a former player and coach for our divisional team, has been instrumental in our successful season. His contributions span practice sessions, in-house film collection, data gathering between events, and the compilation of essential scouting reports during tournaments. His presence in the pits, providing real-time scouting during live games, strengthens our team. We look forward to having him at World Cup and the impact he will bring.

Chase Chabaud - Director of Analytics: Chase Chabaud, a Hurricane veteran from our organization's inception as a player, is now taking on the role of Director of Analytics. Chase's exceptional intelligence has empowered us with invaluable statistical insights with Rosie's assistance. Coach Bianca's long-standing desire for this data is now a reality, thanks to their dedication. We are immensely grateful for their devoted time and effort to our organization's success.

While the specifics of their behind-the-scenes work remain confidential, their contributions are integral to our achievements. We may provide a sneak peek into their work in the future, but we'll keep it close to the chest for now.

These appointments highlight our commitment to innovation and data-driven performance, and we look forward to continued success through their efforts and collaboration.

By the way, in case anyone was interested in those Win Ratio numbers, here is what I had. Now, in my defense, I did these with a pencil but I have been tracking them from the beginning of the season. Someone is more than welcome to check me:
