What a year! We may not have posted much but in 2021 we…
Started out the year with more pandemic rescheduling but were still blessed to shoot quite a few weddings from New Year’s Day through the summer.
Got a new, adorable baby nephew.
Lost a dear family member but are lucky he was ours for so long.
Went to Disney.
Moved into a new home.
Stayed for Hurricane Ida. Yikes.
Moved our Studio into our home and now can’t decide if we want a commercial space again.
Survived and thrived through the incredibly fun and over the top busy Fall Season of Pandemic Reschedules and new weddings.
And in 2022, 1216 Studio turns 10🎉. Can y’all believe it?!
We are blessed to have the BEST clients and couples in the whole world and we love you all with all of our hearts. Thank you for giving us the most beautiful moments to capture and bringing us into your families. We are nothing without you. We wish you all a blessed, successful, joyous New Year filled with light and love.

may have knocked our sign down but she didn’t knock us out. We are extremely fortunate to have minimal damage at both our Studio and home. We are safe, healthy, and determined to get things cleaned up and back to normal as soon as we can. Cell service is super spotty but we will respond to all the emails/messages as soon as we can. Stay strong, Louisiana. We’ve got this. 💗
