Today, I'm reflecting on my journey to creating a coffee company. I stumbled upon a picture from my first trip to Medellin, Colombia, about nine years ago, where I had my first taste of delicious coffee.

That trip sparked my interest in moving to Colombia and laid the foundation for my coffee company. As I savor my morning coffee, I'm filled with gratitude for the product I've created and excited to share it with you all. - 1 ounce espresso
- Ice

Instructions:

- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake vigorously until well-chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with coffee beans.
