I’m officially home from my cross country rip. 4 women. 16 days. 17 states, somewhere around 6,666 miles. And a whole lot of magic.✨ I have a wildly long novel I could write about the journey and how meaningful it all was, but since I still haven’t even taken my bike out of my truck, I’ll keep it short and just let you know I am home, and have tons of special pieces ready to find their new home during the next couple weeks before I start my next summer adventure. 🌄 All of these one of a kind works can be found you know where… 👆😘❤️‍🔥

The first •3• pieces from The “Not a Drop of Venom Wasted” Collection 🐍 A 15 piece collection, of my classic Venom designs reimagined with Amber, Black Onyx, and Tigers Eye instead of its usual Python shed. Lots of layers, obvious and otherwise, as to the poignancy of this release I squeezed in in ONE week before I take off for most of the summer, in a real phoenix rising sort of soul quest. These three bracelets and their 12 other sister pieces I am busy working on will hit my stories tomorrow at 6pm swamp time - hope to see you there!! 🐍❤️‍🔥

The “Not A Drop of Venom Wasted” Collection. A testament to my ability to squeeze every last second out of life. A 15 piece collection, currently in progress, made in a weeks time, before I leave to ride my bike in a nice 7000+ mile loop across the country.

As of now, my plan is to release it Wednesday evening, 6pm swamp time, through my stories. I will let you know if that changes ♥️

Earlier today I was in conversation and took a pause to reflect on how cool it is to make stuff, and like, be a professional at making stuff. As I’m trying to wrap up all my customs and a small one of a kind drop before I give myself the biggest gift of taking a break to ease my burnout this summer - a made to order Eye of the Serpent ring got tossed into my already long to do list. And today I polished it up. Yesterday at this time it was just sheet and wire, today it’s ready to go, as I work on twenty million other things. It’s always so shocking when I see how quickly my classic tried and true designs flow out of me when I have been in a custom rhythm, because I’m trying new things each time they go slower. So to be like: wow, this was nothing yesterday, and now it gets to fly home to Texas, is such an amazing feeling. 💖

Anyways, I’d also love to let his serve as a reminder: I leave town for all of June, I’ll be back home for a couple weeks in July, but then I leave again. I’m not going to take my made to order down, because I quote 6-8 weeks as it is, and if you place an order before/while I’m on my trip and I can’t get to it, I will in July, and it’ll still be in that time frame. BUT, I DO want to let you know, any orders placed after the next couple days are more than likely not going to start production until July, my plates are teetering on dropping as is 😅😅 anyways, I love what I do, even when extremely burnt out, so, thank you, so much, for being here 🙏🥰♥️

Good morning ✨ Today I’ll take a break from the throwbacks because, well, hardly anyone is seeing them anyways 🙃 and instead use my face as an update/teaser for something I plan to offer you all before I take my rip out west this summer! I had a hard line that there would only ever be six sets (each with their own personal unique marker) of them made, and I’ve held true to that. I will be spending this week continuing on with working on the Spring Custom’s list behind the screen. I got slowed down this weekend by the universe sending a wasp to come sting my hand to tell me to SLOW DOWN and rest lol. But I’m back at it, slightly itchy, but back to work! I will have a good handful (or two) of the first of these new pieces ready to go to their new homes this week, and the rest underway and close behind! Excited to see them go from ideas to finished treasure for you, soon! 💛✨

Going to continue the streak of special memorial pieces, because it turns out as I look through my unshared customs, they take up the majority. Which is truly such a humbling feeling. Helping others find a tangible place to release their grief, and hold onto their love is such a big honor. A thick sterling silver alligator textured band, with name hand carved inside the band. A central cat eye shaped fur stone of remembrance. Always an honor. 🕯️🤍

Today’s throwback custom is a very special one. My very old dear friend Karalyn, the talented creator behind - which you see me wearing nearly daily (even currently!), reached out to have me make a special piece for her partner to honor their canine companion Beezy who had just passed. During that time he had also lost his favorite lighter, which was a bit like a worry stone to him. So we set out to make him a new one, with some of the similar motifs to the original, which was brass with alligator texture. Though in this new version, a solid brass lighter sleeve, but with my hand crafted fine silver alligator texture, that I make from taking impressions from a REAL American Alligator, in person. Also plays a nice remembrance to the times we all spent sharing this fine city together 🐊🥹. In the center of the diamond, a stone with Beezy’s fur, sits wrapped in a rope border. An honor it was to make this piece for your family - love y’all 💖💖💖

Next up in the *somehow I haven’t shared these pieces archive* - this DELIGHT of a custom set I made for the ever so talented and lovely .craft last summer, in trade for a set of handcrafted ritual brooms. I had two big trades with fellow magical makers I admire so deeply that spanned nearly a year from first discussions to completion (the other of those trades truthfully still needs one more photoshoot to get that title, BUT LIFE! It makes things take time if you’re TRULY intentional and meaningful with those intentions and there are multiple parties involved… but that’s also in the works behind the scenes now, so you know… back to the jewelry)…

This set, made with Abbey’s own collection of meaningful little turquoise stones and her dog’s teeth, some in resin, and another on its own. Most of the set was left up to me to design, just a request for Southwestern in feel (with her personal favorite jewelry pieces shown as inspo) and one to be a smaller everyday ring. I obliged for the ring and then went a bit more over the top special for the Chain Bolo, with handcrafted ocatillo plants framing the central stones, rattlesnake rattles dangling from the double chain. And that cuff! I love how these pieces came together, so much. An honor it was to make them for you, and receive your beautiful craft in exchange 🥹💖

Not me deciding it’s finally time to sit down and force myself to try and catch back up and show off some custom’s I haven’t shared yet, only to realize I’m more than a year behind 😅 I love every piece you ask me to make so much, and pour so many hours of love into creating each piece, somehow remembering to share that with the world once it’s flown the coop is another story. The Mariah Choker • This choker, initially designed and made for one of my most incredible (in every way imaginable) friends, 🐊💖 Was then named in her honor, as it’s become a piece requested time and time again when my customs list opens. This current list as well. Each time with some variance, whether it’s in stone or in texture, to make each one unique to the neck it will rest upon. Are y’all as excited to see the “Amber” version as I am?! 🧡💛🧡

I just got back from the post office and shipping out a small batch of pieces. I have one more Python Bolo to make, and then I’ll be starting to prep all of the individually hand made nature casts for this Spring round of customs! So excited to get them underway! ✨

As does all the stamping details throughout, arrows at the N•S•E•W points represent a personal compass for your Slow Ride Home. Some Python Protection that I just wrapped up to signify; after a little polish touch up, I’ll be boxing up ~ALL~ open orders (jewelry and shirts) so that they can ship first thing Monday morning… and I will have a clean bench/queue for the first time in a long time. And it feels good 🐍🌕❤️‍🔥

Ooooooh I just caught the very last of the light in the yard 😅 all new pieces I’m bringing to Nitty Gritty are officially complete. And, at least a group photo of the new one of a kind pieces exists, even if a group shot of ALL the pieces I made in these 3 weeks (like, all the fresh We’re Gunna Ride pieces etc) and individual product photos did not… SO IT GOES. Now I get to sit down and math out what these pieces cost/price them, figure out my display, make boxes/packaging, get the shirts and my camping gear sorted and pack the truck, with everything, LOL? Glamorous life it is making shiny things eh? -((anywaysssss))-

• Two of which are cam lock/bayonet style, stainless with sterling adornments. One with a Venom setting, and one with a medallion of Armadillo texture and sky blue Kingman Turquoise.
• Two are screw in, with fully hand fabricated sterling silver covers. One low domed style with Deep Blue Kingman Turquoise framed by two hand made fine silver scorpions, “The Road Goes On Forever…” and the big boy! The swamp cap, a green Diamond of Jade rests between two handmade fine silver Alligator Talons, encircled in a ring of “snakeskin” textured band, which also edges the walls of the cap, stamp details throughout.

Worked real late and started real early because I have a busy, busy, BUSY day today trying to get ~EVERYTHING~ wrapped up and ready to go tomorrow. The to do list is *vast*. “Race with the Devil” is truly the anthem/motto/objective. Here is the singular Points Cover of the batch. Stainless steel, with a hand fabricated sterling silver pendant. Hand made fine silver Devil with Hessonite Garnet CZ and the number of the beast, the tiniest handmade banner waving Race with the Devil, on hand drawn/sawed/textured flames, with a high contrast textured background encircled by sterling rope wire. Look, I wrote a whole long novel about how special I think Gremlin Bells are, and how they are some of the most complex and challenging pieces I make, which is also why they are probably one of my favorite pieces to make - but like, in A LOT of detail - and then I pressed publish and the post just died in the ethers. For hours. So here is less than that post 😅🙃 to tell you, I’ve made:
•3• one of a kind fully fabricated Gremlin Bells (Shark and Black Onyx, Armadillo banding and Sky Blue Kingman Turquoise, and Owl Talon and Golden Amber)
•3• of my classic, stock, Race with the Devil Bells (Red Hessonite Garnet, Peridot, and Fire Opal CZ) - each with my signature handmade rattlesnake rattle bells.

I got a nice little layer of dirt and polishing compound all over my face, but it’s the thing the gram loves most🙃 so here it is marking the arrival of the motorcycle adornment spotlights! Been grinding around the clock to get a little spread of functional moto flair ready for THIS WEEK ~ I got a couple more elaborate pieces to finish, and a good grip to show you.
