DAOU Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, 2018 DAOU Mountain, Paso Robles, California The 2018 DAOU Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a shining example of world-class Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles. This wine’s magnificent nose is quintessential Cabernet Sauvignon, offering scents of dark chocolate, licorice, blackberries and cured meats with a touch of cedar. The palate delivers an explosion of fresh, dark berry fruits. Flavors of blackberry, juicy black cherry, cassis and cocoa are underscored by lovely accents of blueberry and raspberry. Meiomi Cabernet Sauvignon Callifornia A deep ruby color, the wine opens to reveal expressive aromas of juicy blackberry, boysenberry and bramble, along with notes of toasty vanilla and graham cracker. The full flavors are highlighted by a plush, velvety mouthfeel with a long finish.

What we're sipping... Château Fage Graves De Vayres, White Bordeaux Bordeaux, Medoc, France This delicious white wine has a beautiful bouquet, nuanced between the citrus fruit touches coming from the Sauvignon Blanc and with an expressive style brought by the Semillon. Very well balanced on the palate, this crisp wine offers freshness and fruitiness. Perfect to drink in its youth and very food friendly.

We've decided to give Sean some time off for once, so we have some holiday hours coming up over the next few weeks! Please take note and plan accordingly! Happy holidays! December 22 - December 25 CLOSED December 29 & 30 OPEN December 31 & January 1 CLOSED This weekend is your last to order boards to go, so please get your orders in by Saturday and remember, bottles of wine to go are 20% off!

Here's a few reminders: Check your fluid levels (gas, oil, if gas cart) distilled water in Batteries and make sure they have a full charge. All lights and decorations securely fastened too. Check your tire pressure and check your lug nuts!!! READY TO ROLL?? Staging area is on Nebraska avenue east and west of Grand. The Parking lot directly behind Sip will be blocked off and used as overflow for staging, as well. Just a couple things to remember: Don't throw anything from carts. (no beads, candy, etc) No Open containers Have fun!! We love our community, keeping it great is up to all of us!
