Awesome project over here in Odessa got about 5500 ft.² of hard surface to clean also will be sealing up a nice little patio entertainment area they have original Ybor bricks will be using seawall, penetrating sealer and doing their pool area and a couple little walkways out front with pearl sand and some hurricane cat five videos to come each day 
Wow, was this a dirty one.. we cleaned up this house on the canals of beautiful golf harbors. Yesterday she was filthy and a lot of paint peeling off due to roots growing behind. Had to get her ready for the realtor to put her on the market for photos selling as is vacant house.
Out here again at beautiful golf harbors given this beautiful three-story house a nice little bath they didn’t want the roof or the driveway. Maybe next time always makes it interesting when they’re three stories and 20+ mile an hour wind. 
Here’s the front to match the back first one of 2024 going to be a great year. The quality speaks for itself. Don’t get fooled by those cheaper estimates they’re cheaper for a reason cheap products water down products not proper sand not proper cleaning and poor knowledge. The products we use are expensive and the best for a reason. #sek #trident #platinum 
All sealed up and done re-sanded with platinum sand to make those beautiful pavers popped sealed with trident hurricane cat 5 don’t cut corners when it comes to quality we put down the product we’re supposed to we don’t water down or stretch thin and don’t forget proper sand is a key element Astm c-144 sand
 all cleaned up treated for efflorescence due to the age of the pavers and treated several rust areas sanded up with that platinum sand ready to be sealed tomorrow!!
Starting the new year off with this beautiful one time to get rid of that old nasty white sand they had in there what’s visible around the mold..give her that platinum sand makeover and make those gray pavers pop 2024 is going to be great get on schedule!!!

Even though it’s your day off, can’t forget I’ve got pavers in the backyard that need love too. The wife wanted them done before Thanksgiving.
