Onshore wind is now the cheapest form of new power generation in most of Europe, and offshore wind is not far behind with costs having fallen over 60% in 3 years. As a local resource, wind also means much less money spent on fossil fuel imports. And of course it means less CO2 – and cleaner air – in our cities.

The Statue of Liberty, located in Jersey City, NJ, is one of the most prominent monuments in the world, but few people know its connection to Civil Rights, slavery, and emancipation. In 1886, The Statue of Liberty was a symbol of democratic government and Enlightenment ideals as well as a celebration of the Union's victory in the American Civil War and the abolition of slavery. By discovering how she really came to be, we can only hope for a better society for not just some but all communities.

Residential and commercial buildings in the US account for 40%+ of energy consumption with tremendous waste. Our hope for 2023 is that all stakeholders start becoming more sensitive to the long-term impact of building inefficiently.
Our 2023 resolution is to make each building as efficient as possible while driving robust investors returns and developing sustainable and durable assets.

The City has acquired five acres of undeveloped land along the Hudson River waterfront. This acquisition of the Union Dry Dock land has been a long time coming for the City of Hoboken, as Mayor Bhalla said, "This is truly a historic day for our residents, and I’m beyond thrilled that the entirety of the waterfront is now in our control and that we can once and for all plan for public open space."
This important development for the City further strengths Hoboken as a strong alternative to NYC living.
