The most recent data about the mental health of college guys showed that 46% felt things were hopeless, 75.3% felt exhausted (not from physical activity), 56.3% felt very lonely, 59% felt very sad, and 49.1% had overwhelming anxiety. This is why the work @cofcsigmachi raising over $7,000 for Mental Health Hero’s is so important. We’re currently facing a mental health crisis among men 18-24. The crisis is in the community and also on your campus. #heroicmasculinity

Connor Addison from @phipsitoledo is speaking the words of #heroicmasculinity. There are nearly 400,000 men in college fraternities across the country and if all of them had a disposition of gratitude & a commitment to personal growth it would radically change every college campus in America, and later the entire country. Any man who has the humility to pursue taking time to become a better man is on his way to greatness and massively benefiting those around him. This represents the best of what college fraternities produce. Well said Conner! #PhiPsi

When fraternities first launched in the 19th-century, singing together was a regularly social activity. Many fraternity houses would have even had a piano for that purpose.
