Sattva Zhang : These are acts that neither the universe nor the gods would condone Global Situation , as people in Europe , Asia , and the Middle East are all living in great distress
Pray to the Buddha to protect all beings from suffering!
Some people are so poor that all they have with them is money, remember to be rich it’s not only what you have in your bank account but also, what you have right here in your heart.
Today is the 8th anniversary of your leaving, love you forever.
The most beautiful scenery in the world is your kind heart, exuding a beautiful, magnetic charm. Wherever you go, you will be illuminated and warm. You do not have to admire others or humble yourself. You are the best version of yourself, compassionate, uplifting, and positive. The world is more beautiful because of you!
The world needs peace. We all live together on this earth, you should love each other, help each other, tolerate each other, do not let the devil Satan confuse your mind and eyes, and become a tool used by the devil.
When you open your eyes in the morning, remind yourself to keep good Dharma in your heart.
Abandon selfishness, hatred, arrogance, vanity, greed, and be a person full of positive energy!

People’s lives are like containers. After a long time, there will inevitably be all kinds of sediment built up. You must always empty your mind, learn to let go and tolerate, remove negative emotions, fill yourself with great love and responsibility, and refresh yourself every day. In this way you can obtain rebirth.

Don’t lose yourself in the crowd just because you’re trying to fit in. Learn to hold your ground. Remain steadfast in your belief. It’s not easy. People will mock you & taunt you. They’ll make you feel uncomfortable. Get hold of yourself. The Buddha will bless you!
Do you know what happiness is? Happiness is a state of mind. Yes. We often expect everything to be perfect for us to be happy. No. Things don’t have to be perfect, but you need only to have peace of mind to achieve it. Be at peace with yourself and happiness will follow.
What goes on around you is not something you can control. But what goes on inside you is something you can control. In fact, you have to control it or it will ruin your peace. You need to be centered, focused and single-minded so you can weather any storm that comes your way.
Morning Prayers
Na Mo Buddha, Na Mo Dharma, Na Mo Sangha (3 times)
May the Triple Gem bless me! Please bless me with wisdom and strength, so that I can fulfill my good wishes, implement my vows, overcome obstacles, and attain Buddhahood along with all sentient beings. I vow to stop doing evils, do good deeds and save all living beings.
Na Mo Amitabha. (10 verses)
Evening Prayers
Na Mo Buddha, Na Mo Dharma, Na Mo Sangha (3 times)
May the Triple Gem bless me! I repent for all my bad karma produced deliberately or unintentionally today. May all my blessings reach my family and all sentient beings, and free them from sufferings. May blessings and wisdom grow within them, and help them attain eternal joy. I vow to stop doing evils, do good deeds and save all sentient beings.
Na Mo Amitabha. (10 verses)
May all sentient beings attain rebirth in the Pure Land of Amitabha Buddha.
Just as dripping water penetrates stone, there is no obstacle that cannot be overcome with perseverance .
Stop overthinking. Stop feeding your mind negative thoughts and self-doubt. Love yourself enough and remember that the Almighty only wants the best for you. Always.
Let us not forget those suffering from the earthquake in Turkey and Syria. Let us continue to pray for the victims and their loved ones and make a concrete commitment to help the survivors. Pray for Buddha to protect all beings from suffering!
You want inner peace? Don’t worry about what others may think of you or whatever people may say. Lower your expectation of others. Don’t be distracted by the petty talk people may throw at you. Focus on what you want to achieve and keep going.
If you want to achieve great things, you have to learn to be calm. In a hurry, you will panic everywhere, you will be confused about everything. You only have to calm your mind down, so that you can handle things with a clear mind. You can weigh the pros and cons of moving forward and backward. As the wise man said, "Use patience to quit the habit of being anxious, so that you can walk steadily and go far." "Quit being impatient and use patience", in other words, "use patience to quit being impatient", using a patient attitude to quit being impatient. A person who is not impatient and not arrogant, who learns well and seeks progress, has the best hope of success.
If you're blessed with wealth, use it wisely. You'll be envied but do all the good you can. The Almighty’s given you a huge responsibility. Don’t waste the opportunity.
Power makes people arrogant, money makes people's desires swell, and greed makes people have no bottom line. These can lead to human beings hurting each other in the midst of materialism. When life ends, you take nothing away with you. You discard the true goodness and beauty that should be released in life!
“Success in life depends on good relationships and your character when dealing with others.
No matter where you are, good relationships and a kind of thoughtfulness that always considers others will build the height and width of your life.”
Sattva Zhang
Humans are supposed to love each other and coexist hand-in-hand to fill this beautiful planet with love and peace. It's a pity that there are always a small number of people who are selfish, greedy, and bloodthirsty. With the devil in their hearts, they create countless disasters for mankind. Look at the constant natural and man-made disasters happening now—all beings are suffering too greatly! We must pray together that God blesses all human beings!
Life is the most valuable thing in this world; Killing is the cruelest. Wars leave us with a scorched earth and ruins. Wars shed blood like water, leaving bones and the sound of mourning filling the whole earth. At this very moment, many people, including children, are still suffering the horrors of war. Desperate and helpless, they’re losing their homes and sometimes their lives. With great mercy, I pray that kind-hearted people around the world vow to work together to free human beings from war, so all children can live happily in peace.
We come from different corners of the universe to reincarnate into human beings. This process of life happens between an inhalation We are obsessed with money, fame, and pleasure in this material world. We create too much karma, yet when we die, we can't take anything with us.
Only by giving up greed and selfishness, releasing the love and tolerance in their hearts, loving people in any corner of the world, cherishing their lives, destroying the weapons each has, and disbanding the so-called alliances, can mankind truly embrace peace.
Time flies, and every day is a precious moment. Let us not waste or squander this gift. We must brighten the light of life, not only to illuminate ourselves, but also to reveal the luminescence of other people and far away places. Only this kind of life can perfectly interpret the meaning of existence!

At least 30 minutes a day should be set aside to allow our minds to dwell in peace. Allow yourself the leisure time to catch your breath. Have a gap where you can let the sun shine into your life. People who live in the city should have at least one month of quiet time in a year. Allow yourself enough time to live and realize life. Otherwise, people who are caught in the turmoil and noise of life for a long time will be lost. Minds will be disturbed. Emotions will be irritable. If you can calm your mind, you can really face your problems and examine yourself, and then you can achieve peace of mind and body.
