Busy night! Kegged Pumpkin Spice Ale. Came in at 6.30% abv. Taste tested “Simcoe SMaSH”, “ Buzz Brew” Espresso Stout, “Blame it on the Rain” oat fluffed citrus IPA. All perfect and READY, READY !! Checked on “All Star Lager”. Naturally Kegging a honey vanilla Porter . Abbey SMaSH bottled in the fridge. We have BEER!

First time here! . First beer with my granddaughter! Good stuff! We got flights. “Basic beer season” blew my mind! Solid “Unicorn “ Phantom is delish. “Vic’s” is a crystal clear perfect Pils. Highly recommend you stop by for a few!

Work Day in the Brewery yesterday! Whipped up a Lager to take down to Florida with the Jersey Shore All Stars in December. 6 row, flaked rice and corn, caramel 10, Hallertau hops, Dry Lager yeast. Easy drinker at about 5% abv. Cleaned the lines on the kegerator, watched High School Football ( we lost) , watched Rutgers Win. Put it in the books. Happy October! Brew Day! Pumpkin Ale! It’s all about bringing out the flavors of a Pumpkin Spice brew! Plenty of pumpkin in the mash. Deep orange color! Pumpkin spice and cinnamon sugar added in the boil with a touch of honey. I haven’t decided if I’m going to add pumpkin flavored coffee. I’ve got 2 weeks to decide. Thoughts?

Hey everyone! If you’re in the Howell area this Friday, we will be debuting our Oktoberfest, “TrailerPark on Marz”. This is a collaboration between TrailerPark and Seven Sons brewing. This is a dark amber Marzen that will hit the spot in this incoming fall weather! They open at 2pm. I’ll be there by 5pm. Bring food! Dog friendly! Hope to pack the house!

Simcoe SMaSH! Pale ale and Simcoe. That’s it. And it’s ready, ready! Danky Simcoe pops out quick, smooth pale ale with just the right amount of bite! I like it!

Just want to thank everyone who came out today and had some of the “TrailerPark on Marz “! Was a big hit in the tasting room. Gonna have the official launch this coming Friday! Meet me ! Captain Jack will be there too! Brewed an IPA last night. “Blame it on the Rain”! 😂. Will be about 6.2% ABV. Regular IPA base- went with Caramel 60 for some sweetness. A bit of flaked oats, New England dry yeast. Nugget early. Citra, mosaic and Simcoe at the end. Ready, Ready in about 2 weeks! Come hang out with us today !!!
