Suicide awareness post
September is National Suicide Awareness & Prevention Month. Construction is a high-stress profession with one of the highest rates of suicide in the nation. Throughout the month, JRM is raising awareness on the unique challenges workers face day to day by educating employees and subcontractors about mental health and connecting individuals with treatment services. Last week JRM celebrated Construction Safety Week with engaging training sessions and hands-on demonstrations across our job sites.
