Jemsco Services is a contractor owned and operated pre project consulting company providing homeowners with accurate information about their project before they hire contractors. Our consulting packages are tailor fit to accommodate even the smallest project on the smallest budget. Although (exceptionally) qualified and licensed to, we EXCLUDE ourselves from being hired to preform any actual work. This ensures our honesty, integrity and unbiased consultations.
