Nursing ideas...
I started Cradle Studios around the time my youngest son was born.
As I was searching for a name, I kept returning to the notion that conceiving an idea and bringing it to life was typically a messy process, with joy and pain and surprises and discovery and learning and bumps along the way. Rarely, if ever, is it straightforward and smooth sailing and without some friction.
Screaming brings extra oxygen into the body. While it can be a response to pain, for an infant, it is often simply a declaration of need, from attention to food to getting cleaned up. The iconic image of a baby’s screaming mouth, with a dangling uvula seemed to represent it quite well.
There’s no particular boundary to the kinds of ideas that we work on here at CS, but bringing them to life is pretty much at the heart of it.
