This concert features an original work by Trevor Weston (Choir School '81). Mr. Weston's work focuses on the Episcopal Church’s historical relationship with enslavement and racial inequality and the concert features works by other American composers. The Saint Thomas Choir of Men and Boys is joined by soprano Aundi Marie Moore, with the Orchestra of St. Luke’s, conducted by Jeremy Filsell

In preparation for Easter and in reflection of Passiontide, Organist Jeremy Filsell plays Pamela Decker’s The Seven Last Words and Triumph of Christ, commissioned in 2018 for the National Convention of the American Guild of Organists. A graduate of Stanford University, Pamela Decker is developing an international reputation as a performer and composer.
