The mild winter has meant framing is almost complete. Here is the back of 119 Compo Rd Sth - two covered porches with two bedroom balconies overlooking the integrated patio and pool. The glass connector between the primary wing and the rest of the house is fully framed and highlights the open space with unobstructed views.

We are very proud to announce that our first spec home has won a HOBI award! We are honored to have been selected by our peers to receive this award.

This was a joint collaboration with our amazing architect, Renato Gasparian, and thanks to the many, many other subs and contractors that brought this beautiful home to life.
