Have you tried OAT BRAN? It’s fun to change up your routine and try all the oatmeal varieties.
Oat Bran has a creamy consistency and boosts more protein and fiber (and fewer calories) than other oatmeal forms.
Bran comes from the outer layer of the oat groat, just beneath the inedible shell/hull of the grain. It looks like a grainy powder when dry and cooks in just 3-5 minutes. It is seriously heavy on nutrients & antioxidants and all those other amazing heart disease & cholesterol fighting properties the mighty oat offers!
Try topping with fresh fruits & maple syrup or just a bit of salt & butter. Oat bran is also great to sprinkle dry/uncooked on yogurt for a quick protein punch 🥊
Can you smell the cinnamon? This oatmeal combo tastes just like the best warm & gooey cinnamon rolls you’ve ever had!
Swirl some brown sugar & cinnamon into your oatmeal. Top with crumbled graham crackers, cinnamon chips (these need to be in your pantry people!), and “glaze” with a drizzle of condensed milk.
Playing in the snow!❄️
Try topping your overnight oats with a snowflake stencil and then (with a fine mesh strainer or sifter) dust with powdered sugar, cinnamon, or cocoa powder.
When the butter melts just right…😋
Try adding a pad of butter and a pinch of flaky sea salt salt to your oatmeal for a transformative experience. Paired here with dark raisins, roasted pecans, and cinnamon.
Not sure about anyone else but it wasn’t sugar plums, it was visions of breakfast oatmeal dancing in our heads last night.
Dig in to a comforting breakfast before digging into those presents.

Try topping your oats with farmer’s cheese, ricotta, cottage cheese, crème fraîche or even cream cheese or goat cheese. Lots of options! Add some berry jam or compote, sliced almonds, and a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
Tastes just like a deconstructed classic diner blintz with oats instead of a crepe but just as much delicate goodness.
