1199ers urge the NYS Health Department to appoint a receiver to take over Cold Spring Hills for the sake of the residents and their families. Benefits for over 400 1199 members are set to end on September 15 due to Cold Springs Hills’ management failing to make necessary payments to their health benefit fund.
