He claimed first-prize at only 6 years old in the famed Veo Veo television competition hosted by Teresa Rabal and has received numerous awards throughout his career. He has won first place at the XVIII Estepona Competition, the IX City of Huelva Flamenco Dance Competition, the XIII Flamenco Newcomers Competition, and the XXIV Ubrique National Flamenco Arts Contest, and the revelation award at the Jerez Flamenco Festival in 2014. Sellés has performed in theaters and festivals in countries such as Angola, The US, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

She began her studies at the Linda Vega Dance Studio in her hometown of Santa Barbara, CA. Talia currently teaches through the Conservatory of Flamenco Arts and performs regularly.

She studied ballet, flamenco, classical Spanish and modern dance. She later taught and performed folkloric Afro-Cuban and Cuban modern dance. More recently, Leilani is dedicated to training solely in flamenco - to master.

Her regular Flamenco training started at renowned dance studio Fazil's. As a member of Cadencia Dancers group Natallia introduces wider audiences to Flamenco by teaching classes and performing.

She opened Safira's Center for World Dance in 2000 to bring greater cultural understanding and professional standards to Near Eastern dance in the Midwest. In 2010, while still teaching Near Eastern dance, she began retraining as a flamenco artist.

She is an adjunct professor at Boise State University. Her flamenco journey has taken her to Spain five times, and she has taught flamenco for the College of Southern Idaho, Idaho State University and set work on Idaho Dance Theater.

Grace works with flamenco companies and artists in the Twin Cities, including: Zorongo Flamenco Dance Theatre, Michael Hauser, Sachiko ‘La Chayí’, and Deborah Elias Danza Española. As a choreographer, Grace debuted two pieces through Zorongo productions and creates contemporary flamenco-inspired choreography. Grace Holthaus
