I meet a lot of people that have not been vaccinated for shingles. Go get it done from your late 40’s don’t be like me and get it as I did in 2019. It was the worst possible pain and I very nearly lost my eyesight! Today I still have the haunting stabs that shingles leaves behind and other things I wish I had avoided. Two vaccines over 3 months lasts 15 years.
If you have had chickenpox you are vulnerable.

The world and New York would be a better place if everyone really listened.

Sitting in my home City of Lincoln, after a little sojourn in London. We are sitting in the cheese shop that is a very popular destination and with the most delicious restaurant. I am sated with a cheese soufflé to challenge the best !
Next an energetic walk up steep hill and it is steep but full of wonderful shops steeped in history.
Later Mum and lots of good conversations.

Packing again for a trip to the UK.
Really looking forward to being with my family and friends for a week or two.
Time to take a breath before the season truly gets underway💗

So very sad that Jeff Young passed away recently. A wonderful talent and a close friend when he lived in New York married to Lisa back in the day when life was in sharp focus and just about anything could happen. One of my fond memories was one night later after dinner in a French restaurant on west 13 street Jeff was jamming with his group and Mick Jagger just came by to hang and sing.Only in New York folks! RIP❤️

I’m very sad to hear that Jeff Young has passed away, beloved Hammond player and vocalist on the Brand New Day album, and one of those who played in the band at my home on 9/11 where we recorded the All This Time concert.
A wonderful musician and a great soul, we wish him well on his journey and may he sail in calm waters.

Regarding Harry and his wife, this note below is from my lovely mother in the UK. She may be 91 but she chooses her words carefully and always nails it.

“They want to blame every one but themselves for the mess they have made of their lives. Prince Harry can’t get used to the idea that he doesn’t matter any more. The Press shouldn’t encourage them. l certainly won’t be reading his book’.

Haven’t we had more than enough of Harry and his wife? Enough,I don’t want to see their faces as again. I am disgusted. Just started to cancel sites and magazines that push their pathetic brand about nothing new.
