Cartier recently re-opened their store at Hotel Vancouver in August. Our team handled many deliveries of millwork, rugs, and fixtures, and managed the breakdown of product on site. Here are a few shots from this project!

Gucci is another one of our retail clients, and our Retail & Construction Division is currently working alongside them on the construction of their two-story boutique at the Bal Harbour Shops.

For this project, we provided logistics services during the construction of Phase 1 on the first floor of the mall. We received, consolidated, and eventually delivered millwork fixtures, carpeting, and building materials. Because the Bal Harbour Shops mall is currently undergoing a major expansion, our team pivoted to accommodate ever-changing delivery routes and requirements, delivering all goods as requested by the general contractor.

Currently, we're storing and receiving items for Phase 2, which is under construction on the second floor of the mall, and will deliver when requested for our client's new storefront!

In January, Tod's started its store's relocation from the Miami Design District to the Bal Harbour Shops. At the time, our team helped with the move-out of the Miami location, packing and emptying the store and storing their fixtures locally.

Last week, Chuck Sommers, Director of our Retail & Construction Division, paid a visit to Florida to check the progress of the new storefront at the Bal Harbour Shops, which is currently under construction by Charlie Russo (shown in the first photo alongside Chuck). The millwork "library walls" were in storage and delivered to the store, and are being reassembled and installed by the carpenter, with more deliveries scheduled!

Our team was recently involved in a huge campaign collaboration between Versace and Fendi, known as Fendace.

For high-end retailers, the packaging is as important as the product! Our customer trusted us to air freight next flight all of the custom labels and packing to ensure everything arrived in time for the kick-off date at every store.

While a lot of suppliers and manufacturers handle shipping for many companies because it seems easier, due to the importance and high visibility of this project, our customer told us they didn't want to trust anyone else with this!

Luxury retailer Balenciaga recently hosted its spring fashion show on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange, and the Ground Force Logistics team was onsite to help make it happen!

Our team was responsible for delivering three of Balenciaga’s display tables we previously removed from two of their Canadian stores, which were used to display jewelry, leather bags, and accessories for Balenciaga’s Spring 2023 collection in the fashion show.
