“We don’t know them all, but we owe them all.” On Veterans Day, we hope everyone takes time to thank the veterans in your life and reflect on how we can appreciate, honor, and support them. Project U.S.E. was founded by veterans who continued to do amazing things after their distinguished service, like so many other former service members who are leaders and trailblazers in their communities. Thank you to all of our veterans for their service and sacrifices made on behalf of all of us.
Our hikers are out on the trail enjoying a beautiful day, and we're pushing towards our fundraising goal. You can help us get there by the end of the day by supporting your favorite hiker with a donation or helping share our posts to get the word about our mission to make outdoor education accessible to all students! Keep following our posts for more updates from the trail as we share some great shots, videos, and fun moments. Thank you all of our hikers, donors, supporters, and sponsors for making our hike a huge success this year. #makeyourmilescount
Our hike participants will be hitting the trail for our annual fundraising event in less than 12 hours! Be sure to check back throughout the day tomorrow for some amazing photos from the trail and event updates as they hike to help support our mission of expanding equitable access to outdoor programming for all students. Be sure to keep an eye on your favorite hiker's social media feed to see their updates, and we'll also be resharing their posts. Your boost in sharing our updates will help us reach out fundraising goal - we're just shy of $2,000 from our goal! #makeyourmilescount

A huge thank you to Impact100 Essex for selecting us as a finalist for their Impact Grant this year! Members of our team had the chance to attend their Annual Meeting on Tuesday and be inspired by meeting their amazing members, past grantees, and other nonprofit champions from the other three finalist organizations: JAZZ HOUSE KIDS, Connections at Home, and the Transformative Education Network at Montclair State. We love their mission and message of encouraging nonprofits to "dream big" and take bold steps in serving their communities, and we look forward to doing just that and seeing all the amazing collective work that will result from their support. #thankyou #gratitude

Happy Star Wars Day! We're excited to be marking the start of what should be a very busy season of welcoming back kids to our Wildcat Mountain Wilderness Center and onsite outdoor programs throughout the state this Spring and Fall. Just like Baby Yoda, it's amazing to watch the growth of students as they experience new things and work together to meet challenges and build their confidence. Stay tuned for more updates, photos, and highlights in the coming months! #ChallengeByChoice #StarWarsDay #MayThe4thBeWithYou

We'd like to thank the Affinity Federal Credit Union Foundation for their continued support of our Pedal Farmers program this summer as we were able to resume working in person with Newark youth! Not only did they provide a grant award to cover programming costs, but they also volunteered time to help lead informative workshops on financial literacy, budgeting, and investing for our participants. #thankyou #gratitude #Pedal Farmers
