While cocooning I fell out of rhythm with my regular rituals.
Anyone else feel this way?
Feeling the appreciation of how rhythm and rituals truly help me resonate at higher levels through and through.

Word play , thought pivots, mantra singing, humming, dancing, color infusions, music making, laughter belly shaking, lengthening, stretching, opening all feel good to my Spirit.

Witnessing the beauty of Nature, Children creating and Puppies playing entice my childlike wonder to peek out into the warm winter sun after a restorative dreamy nap of creation deep in the forest of renewal.

Stillness and Movement.
Communication and Silence.
Polarizing and Equalizing.

The Heart beams as it opens with Tenderness, no longer Fearing rejection, separation and loss.
A new dawn. A new day.

Changing Scripts
Alchemizing DNA
Attuning Soul and Spirit
Recognizing the Way.

Finally coming out of my cocoon since Solstice. It was an interesting experience, and from which I'm still integrating and embodying. So many opportunities reveal themselves when presented with challenges. How many Vantage points do you see your reality from? I felt like the 🦉 and the 🦅Eagle. The 🐋 and the Octopus🐙. The Camel 🐪and the🐺 Wolf.
Yet, the Praying Mantis beckons thru the Port-ol
Morphing and Unifying.
Hybridizing, Creating, and Syncing.
A Wholly Holy Sense Organ.
Calling back the Sol's Spirit.
Intensifying the Integration.
Venerating, Burning the old ancestral ways
The Illusions are Seen
Through the 45 degree angles

Reminders to see the Beauty and Wonder in Everything and when you do, your reality literally upshifts in an instant! I feel like this is important right now with the holiday stressors and feelings of being overwhelmed throughout the day. Whatever you get done is Perfect. You don’t need to “produce” more to be more “valued”. Your value is the same even when you are doing absolutely Nothing and simply breathing air in Silence and Stillness.
