Is it worth it to do a #fertilityapp or other form of #fabm? . . 🌡 this recent study of about 8000 US women aged 21-45 years says Y E S ! . 🌡 this group was #ttc for less than 6 months at baseline. . 🌡 73% of these women were already using an app (there were actually 122 different types being used 😳). . 🌡 researchers identified 5 as “most effective”: @kindara_fertility , @glowhq , @clueapp , @oviahealth , #fertility friend. . 🌡 using an app PLUS another method helped even more.
