Her practice and teaching have evolved as she has participated in other movement modality trainings and has been mentored by an array of movement specialists. She cites Delyer, owner of AURA, as one of those instructors that she is continuously inspired by and gains wisdom and knowledge from. Delyer was ultimately the person who inspired Sabrina to begin practicing and teaching Pilates! Sabrina has found great community at AURA, teaching in this beautiful space with the kindest people. Our space is aesthetically beautiful and gets tons of great light. Sabrina loves that it’s uplifting to the spirit while getting a good workout in!
