An extra special shoutout to Kyle, our May 2024 Manager of the Month, and our Seaville location, for celebrating being open for 30 wonderful years of service. What a great day!

We love our annual staff meeting at the Philadelphia Ronald McDonald House to support their mission of providing essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families and promote healing when children need healthcare. On this day we volunteer by making breakfast and dinner for the families and cleaning the house. Doane Family has raised $225,000 through round up donations TTM to support this wonderful cause! ❤️

Congratulations to our two newest graduates from our Clifton Heights location, Pauline and Alexis! Pauline graduated from McDonald’s career online high school and Alexis graduated from Colorado Technical University through Archways to Opportunity. We are so proud of these two! Congratulations to our second Shift Manager of the Month, Ashley (Pilgrim Gardens). Ashley’s leadership has become more than prevalent as she continues to grow and reach new levels at our PG location. Her constant focus on service and the entire customer experience has helped PG achieve record-high PACE standings at 93%, which is the top PA store in the Doane Organization, as well as record VOICE scores. Ashley successfully ran the shift during PG’s Running Great Restaurant Visit last month and is now transitioning into the food cost lead of the restaurant. Keep up the great work, Ashley! Congratulations!

This week we had the honor of hosting three members of the HU training team to lead our new managers in an in person LT class at our home office. What an enriching experience this was for all of us! Thank you to Cynthia, Jared, and Alex for all of the support and knowledge. And thank you to our managers for their willingness to learn. You are the future of this company!!🍟

Our team member, Danielle, had a viral moment last month when one of our notable regulars, Jason Kelce, signed her Eagles Jersey in the Drive-Thru. Since then, Danielle has been an ambassador for not only our restaurant and organization but the McDonald’s brand as a whole. To thank her for showing us exactly the sort of positive community impact you can make while working in a McDonald’s restaurant, we honored her with a custom 1 in 8 varsity jacket with a #62 patch and VIP tickets to this weekends 76ers game! The entire crew received Kelce #62 t-shirts to thank them for creating feel-good moments for all of our customers.

Congratulations to our first-ever Shift Manager of the Month, Mike Bova (McDade). Mike has been with McDonald’s for 2.5 years and has progressed from crew to assistant manager. He is working toward being a GM in the future! Mike’s passion for people and the brand has allowed him to obtain exceptional results and grow the business to new levels. He continuously promotes growth within his team and himself, so much so that he is now taking on a new adventure at our McDade location! We are excited to see Mike continue to raise the bar and make those arches shine even brighter!
