Our purpose is to teach proper program orientation using the latest training protocols. We offer a very good personal training program unique to our gym.
There are many special sessions available open to everyone with no contract. People can just come in and do a session on Olympic lifting or yoga for example. We have a gym membership that is unique in the fact that it is earned. HOURS for Visitation: Message us for appointment
Pricing: $10 per day pass. $50 per month. Personal Training and programming: prices may vary. Speak with Brian Reed for quote.

Mark your calendars! March 18th.
2 weeks post op today bilateral total hips replacement and was still able to meet the guidelines of my program. I do 4 supportive movements, the main movement, 4 accessories. I do each grouping in rounds of 5 with 10-20 reps of each round. I finish off with a 5min flow on the sanddune.

Do not use this bar until you’ll been trained on how to use it.
New door access is up and running. No need to even take your phone out of your pocket. Just walk up to the door and either touch the key pad or wave your hand in front. Every member needs to scan. If you walk in with a group, we still want you to “check in” with your system. No holding the door. We will be turning off access to those that are not paid to or that leave the gym. Thanks.

Last but not least.
This room is NOT a free for all. This room is set up for appointments only. Do not go in this room for any reason other than an appointment you have with Brian, Emily or Nick. Seeing people going in and out of this room and using my table that I have clean for clients is beyond irritating.

Sorry for all the posts. We're working hard to get the gym organized and more structured.
No exceptions here. Tempering devices are to be used only by those who took the effort to get their body tempering certification. If you need a tune up contact me or Nick. This is a service that we offer. You wouldn't walk in to a chiropractors office and try to adjust yourself 🤣.

We encourage everyone to use various attachments but we ask you to please return them to their spot. Because we are not a large chain gym and we don't have employees to go around and clean up after everyone, it's common courtesy and private club etiquette to leave everything as you found it.
