Breathe is coming to Salt Water Well!!!
We’re previewing our brand new salt room class, BREATHE, on Saturday at 11:30AM!!! Breathe is a two part class. The first part happens out in our front room. We will discuss a breathing technique, practice it and talk about when you might use it. The second part of the class takes place in the salt room. You are able to take a little time to practice that breathing technique again and eventually just relax back into a smooth and even breath to enjoy the dry salt therapy experience. Come the end of August you will see Breathe on our schedule 7 days a week!!! It is included in Unlimited Yoga and Meditation Class Memberships and your class pass cards. $15 to drop in. So, Hannah has to drop her car off to the shop today which means she’ll be headed to the studio earlier than usual and she’ll be there all day!!!
