-For custom tumblers/cups/ journals it takes approx 2 weeks; time varies based on design details.

-Tumbler price starts at $30. Final price depends on personalization details ( Instructions of use and proper care will be included.)

-Journal price starts at $30. Journals are hand braided with natural linen thread. Final price depends on personalization details.

- Jewelry, pens, bowls, trays and other items seen in posts, unless noted, prices vary and can be discussed.

-No Disney/WB/Marvel/DC or Branded label design requests. This can cause copyright issues and request will not be accepted.

-After all product design details are finalized, payment will be received up front. No refunds after product is complete. Raw material and supplies are included in cost. Payment accepted via Paypal.

-I ship via USPS or UPS (your choice). Shipping cost will be added to final cost and tracking will be included (Unforeseen issues that occur during shipping needs to be addressed with the carrier USPS/UPS).
