January has been a record setting month for us. With that we have needs for more kitchen help and a dishwasher (our long time dishwasher moved to Arizona). We are flexible with hours and can accommodate full or part time.

We hope that everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. This is a reminder that we will be open our regular hours this week, including on New Year's Day Eve.

Due to the overwhelming number of catering orders, we will be closed on Sunday December 24th all day. We will still fulfill catering orders on that day for catering orders placed by Friday December 22rd.

The Grinch stopped by last week to help out with group we had in our party room, and took some time to visit with our servers that night too!

Thank you to all of our customers for making it another record weekend for us. We are especially thankful to those customers who drove long distances to try us and have since been back. Big shout out to our staff as well who have really stepped up.
Now is the time to place your catering orders for the holidays, and book holiday parties (for the days we have left).

Thanks again for another record breaking day in sales (over 50% higher than the day before). In two days we have hand rolled and sold over 800 meatballs. Needless to say this has stretched our staff to the limit, but they have persevered wonderfully and with smiles on their faces. We could not be more proud, especially since many of our staff are working their first jobs. Still we could use more help. So if you're interested in kitchen or server positions, let us know.

Thank you so much for the overwhelming response to the recent TikTok review. Overwhelming is truly the word as we have experienced sales increases of over 125% this week. Try as we might this has been challenging for our young staff sometimes. We appreciate your patience as our staff grows in experience and numbers with the increases. For many of our staff this is their first job, and last night for one of our servers it was only their second day on the job. We worked late last night and were in very early this morning to prepare the Italian favorites we know you visit us for.

To the out of towners who harassed one of our young servers, then left without paying the bill, we know who you are and so do the North Canton Police.

Special shout out to Sweet and Small Desserts for providing to us freshly baked NY Style Cheesecake, Double Chocolate Cake and Truffle Pops to supplement our Cannolis, Spumoni and Ice Cream. The additions by Sweet and Small Desserts have significantly increased our dessert sales. One taste of these and you will know why.

As we enter our final stage of construction with adding a front patio to the restaurant, it will necessitate the electrical systems being turned on and off this week. As a result, we will be closed from Wednesday June 28 through Tuesday July 4th. We will reopen regular hours on July 5th.

You may have noticed some yellow tape and scaffolding in the front of the restaurant this week. After remodeling the inside of the restaurant this January, we are now remodeling the outside. We will also be adding a patio for dining al fresco with this latest remodel. We remain open during this remodeling phase. It should only last a few weeks. Thank you for your patience. Thank you to all of our customers this past weekend! We not only had a record Mother's Day crowd, but set a record for the weekend. We appreciate having the opportunity to serve you on this special weekend, and a big shout out to our staff who worked very hard to make it a memorable visit for everyone.

We will be open normal hours for Mother's Day. We will no doubt be busy, so please make a reservation if there is a specific time you need. We will do our best to accommodate you. Our entire staff will be on duty that day doing their best to make it a special day for you.

Per our custom, so our employees can be with family and friends we will be closed Easter Sunday. We will be open usual hours today and Saturday. Have a wonderful Easter holiday everyone.

With increased business (thank you very much!), come increased needs. We are hiring servers, kitchen and dishwashers. We are very competitive with pay, and very flexible with work schedules. We realize many have school, family and home obligations and we do our best to work around them. We have full and part time positions. Experience is always preferred, but we are willing to train if you are willing to work.

Please join us every Friday during the Lenten season for our Lenten specials and our every day seafood and meatless meals. On Fridays we have Linguini with White Clam Sauce and Italian Baked Fish. These are in addition to our every day seafood and meatless dishes such as Mediterranean Shrimp, Pasta with Pesto Sauce, Pasta Primavera, Cheese Ravioli, Pasta Aglio E Olio, Stuffed Shells with Marinara, Any of our Pastas with Marinara or Alfredo Sauce, or our Cheese, White or Veggie Individual Pizzas.

Per our usual custom, we will be closed this week and upcoming weekend for a deep clean of the kitchen. We will reopen on January 11. In the meantime, you may see activity at the restaurant as we have begun our remodeling process. We last remodeled 8 years ago, and thought it time for a refresh. This portion of the remodeling requires closure, so the timing is perfect. The remainder of the process will take us though the spring, but no further closures are expected.

A reminder that we are open regular hours this week, including New Year's Eve. But we will be closed New Year's Day. Also, don't forget, we serve wine by the glass and bottle, splits of Italian sparkling wine, and beer and certain mixed drinks.

Due to the inclement weather, our dining room will be closed today.
BUT, our devoted (and very local) kitchen staff is there until 4 PM today to finish pre-ordered catering for pick up, and will also take last minute catering and carry-out orders until then.

This is a reminder, we will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
And a reminder we are open regular hours New Year's Eve, and we now serve Italian wines by the bottle or glass, splits of Prosecco (Italian sparkling wine), as well as beer by the bottle, and Margaritas and Mojitos.

Thank you to the Watkins Memorial High School Wrestling Team from Pataskala, Ohio who, along with their coaches and boosters, dined with us during the annual North Canton Holiday Wrestling Tournament. This makes the fifth year that have done so.

A big shout out to all of our customers for the support and patronage this weekend. We had the one of the largest single day in Saturday sales yesterday between dine in, carryout, catering and parties. Management and Staff appreciate it!

Gratitude to all Veterans on this Veterans' Day. As a reminder, we give a Veteran's Discount every day, and not just on Veterans' Day. We have many Veterans in our family, with several hard earned Purple Hearts and Distinguished Service Crosses. We are very proud of their service and every Veteran's service to our country.

Special thanks to our kitchen crew of Darcy, Harrison and Adam (along with Denton of our front of house staff) who put together our largest catering order to date; even larger than the 250 person wedding we catered. They worked hard to get everything out on time and perfect in every way.

Two items to update.
First, it is time for our yearly vacations for family and staff. As part of that we will be closing the restaurant from June 26th through July 5th. We will reopen on July 6th. Please stay hungry for us!
Secondly, we are now offering beer, wine and certain mixed drinks (Margaritas, Mojitos and Long Island Iced Teas).

We are currently looking for kitchen and server help. We pay a very competitive wage and have extremely flexible schedules. We try to accommodate our employees' lives in preparing schedules. Experience is preferred but not necessary, as we expect to train. Many of our employees have been with us a long time, but once they graduate from school or college it is not unusual for them to move on.
