Q: What is concrete caulking?

A: Concrete caulking is the act of applying a flexible polymer caulk to cracks or breaks in concrete in order to prevent further cracking or other sources of damage. Concrete caulking can also be done as a preventive measure when done on expansion joints, before cracks in the slab appear. It’s also often done alongside concrete cleaning and sealing in order to get the most protective benefit out of each

Q: How does concrete leveling work?

A: Our process is called "mud-jacking". Concrete "mud-jacking" works by strategically drilling holes into the uneven concrete slab. The holes are approximately the size of a quarter. Material is then pumped under the unlevel concrete slab, lifting the slab and creating a new stable sub-base. The drill holes are then filled with non-shrink grout to seal them.
