It's so important to sit with yourself through introspection, while simultaneously remaining connected. We are one. Reach out, share time & space, create connection in whatever way feels good for you.

Feeling ungrounded? Pour into yourself. Water your roots so they can thrive! Hydration, rivers, lakes, ocean water. Feel it, incorporate it now.

We're in a remembrance of the self & soul. Why is the past visiting us now in the present? What is wanting to be taught? Allow the answers to come in their own time. All you need already exists within you. You are enough. I love you. 🤍

Do you know how long it has been since I sat outside and simply enjoyed the sunshine on my face? Before this morning, I honestly don't know the answer to that question.
After a nebulizer treatment, chest x-ray and a handful of prescriptions, my answer is now just a few hours ago.
It's so interesting how our lives wax and wane through periods of masculine driven and feminine led seasons.
No matter the season, the Universe will always send you signs along the way when it's time for you to rest. And when you don't listen, you'll come across a situation that requires you do just that.
It's imperative to remember, life is happening for you, not to you. And you are the creator.
What beautiful gifts to be given. Life. Sun. Breath.
