The Summer Season is about to start & befor you know it the season will be over
So if you’re thinking of taking on a project in post season don’t wait till season end start planing now & talking to contractors
Off season is a short window & even shorter for some HOA’s
Look over their reviews , confirm that they actually have insurance
Be cautious of that contractor who can start right away Good contractors worth your time & money are generally booked several weeks out or even months before they can start a project
Oh & just remember this
Built to “code” is built to the bare minimum that will pass an inspection …. Over built is built to last decades not just a few years

Day 1 - Demo Day😁

Some one has given us the honor & trust in us to give them not 1 but 2 custom Bathroom Remodels complete with custom tile showers & we’re using Epoxy Grout as one of our 3 different layers of waterproofing
