Please say a prayers for our family here at Jens! We lost a beautiful and loving part of us this past weekend. Our Momma Ava left us and gained her wings. Everyone knew her for loving on all our precious furry babies.
She was a big part of us and she will be missed dearly! Please say a prayer for the family and our family here at Jens.
Please know Jen will be out at this time and please respect her privacy and time away during the loss of her Mother and Best Friend. 🙏

As we head into the week before Christmas, we ask that anyone that has a scheduled appointment that you cannot keep, please notify us immediately as we do have a waiting list at this time and would like to accommodate as many of our furry clients as possible. We have realized our phone line is ringing busy when calling the business!
We apologize for this issue. I have contacted the phone company and they will be working on the lines to fix or replace the issue over the next day or so. We are going to be closed tomorrow which is Friday the 27th.
We will be back to normal on Monday morning for normal business.
Sorry for this unusual interruption to everyone that may have been calling us today.

Friendly Reminder to everyone:
We hope your doing well!
We know the holidays are only a few weeks away! Please schedule your appointments in advance if possible and remember to write them down and if you can’t keep the booked appointment please call and cancel soon as possible. Due to the large amount of missed appointments, appointments showing up later than their appointment time and forgetting them without notice.
We will charge the fee of the grooming for appointments missed without any notice.
If you miss a Holiday appointment without notice you will no longer be able to book an appointment or you will be asked to pay for that appointment missed in advance before scheduling again. When your pet is ready we also ask that you make arrangements to pick your pet up with in thirty minutes give or take so that we may free up that space for the next pet coming in. We are no different than any other business that provides service!
Doctors, Hair Salons, etc. They all charge for time and income lost and we must do the same.
It’s also not fair to our other clients that are waiting to get in that respect us and our time.
We understand that things come up and happen without warning on occasion but please remember this is our business and
we are trying to accommodate everyone especially this time of year!

Please keep in mind with warmer weather and a Holiday coming up we fill up quickly and each groomers schedule is different. Your groomer may be booked out two weeks or more at this time.. For example Jen is booked till July 6th. Please understand when you call your groomer can only groom so many pets in one day and we are not getting any younger unfortunately age slows us all down 🙈 Thank you for understanding and being patient with us as alway we appreciate all of you so much ☺️

August 8th thru August 13th we will be closed for our yearly shop vacation! We will not be taking any calls for appointments during that time! Please remember we are usually booked out a week or more for appointments. Not always but during busy months we tend to fill up faster. We try to accommodate everyone the best that we can. We ask that you please do not contact your groomer for appointments while we are closed. We will not be taking calls or booking appointments over the holiday weekend.

Clients of Jen please take a minute to read and understand that I am booked out 3 weeks as of right now. I am at the shop at 4 am everyday! For the past 14 years at this location I have worked my butt off and went above and beyond for everyone. At this time in my life I am getting older and a little slower I have aches and pains and my hands can only groom so much. I have not been able to take in new clients for a while now as I am doing my best to accommodate the clients that I have and I will continue to do so. Me and the other groomers have stressed to everyone please call two or more weeks ahead and that doesn’t seem to be working in some cases. I know it’s not possible for everyone and I do my best to keep that in mind with this being said. I appreciate every single client I have and I am very thankful but calling at the last minute and not being able to get right in I can’t control. Getting frustrated with me or any of the groomers over me not being able to get you right in is not acceptable anymore.
I am busy. Have patience please understand it’s just hair and I’m cutting as much hair as I can every day. I will get you on the books but every one that wants to be squeezed in its impossible for me to do that. There is only one of me! I have started taking days off here and there and I have to for myself and other reasons. Please be kind and understanding and try to call ahead. I have calls and text all day everyday and I will do my best to get you in when I can but they may be one week or three weeks. Booking your next appt ahead does help to keep you on the books. If you book an appt and miss it you will be put to the back of the list. Please cancel so that appt may open up for the next person.
Regardless of who your groomer is please call a week to 3 weeks ahead or you can book a month in advance if you would like.
