Yesterday was our first big snow storm in the Northeast in some time! And although it is beautiful, it did make me dream of my favorite season: Spring. What’s beautiful about the seasons is none of them last forever! This incredible handcarved Mexican amber intaglio is available now!

The internal pattern of this beautiful blue-lace agate stone is so enchanting! It’s a lovely soft blue color, and available now!

The Three Graces are the three daughters of Zeus, and each is a representation of a particular gift of humankind. There is Euphrosyne for mirth, Aglaia for elegance, and Thalia for youth and beauty. This lovely carving is a wonderful depiction of them, and is signed by the artist on the back in a lovely script! I can’t quite make it out, but perhaps one of you can! I cannot get over the beauty of this antique, handcarved shell cameo! In the Victorian era, flowers held tremendous meaning and there was a whole language to them, meaning you could “interpret” the symbolism of a bouquet for hidden messages. This bouquet? The central rose is easy, and means “deep love.” It’s surrounded what I believe to be four-petalled dogwoods, a popular flower of the Victorian era that means “affection, durability, and reliability.” This would be such a wonderful gift for the one you love and is a floral bouquet that will never wilt!

This lovely vintage piece of American-mined turquoise came from the estate of a jeweler working in the Midwest, and I’m so happy I could use it in my work!
