It’s finally here- tomorrow is our first day of practice!! It’s going to be a warm one!

All players need to hydrate before, during, and after practice! Start hydrating as soon as possible. Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.

🏈If you need to get your equipment, please arrive early (Coach Vic and Coach Ryan will be there at 5pm)

🏈Practice starts at 6pm and we will wrap up at 7:30pm.
Both freshmen teams will be up towards the front of the field and the JV team will be out back. Please look for your coach, they will be gathering players together.

🏈Parents meeting starts at 6:30pm. Please meet over near gazebo. Bring any paperwork you still need to turn in with you.

🏈 Be prepared with cleats, helmets, mouthguard and LOTS of water.i
